Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve our orthopedic designs.

• 3.
  Print Prepaid Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
